Cooking with Herbie
Ingredients
- Olive Oil (extra virgin)
- 2 packs of Ramen
- 1 pound of ground turkey (or ground beef)
- 2-3 golden potatoes (“golden Yukon”)
- 2-3 red potatoes
- 2-3 purple potatoes (“purple passion”)
- Onion Soup Mix
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Montreal Steak Seasoning
Instructions
- use a dash of olive oil in a frying pan for browning the beef or ground meat on medium heat, make sure it doesn't stick together too much.
- Break up the Ramen noodles, throw away the seasoning pack and put the noodles in a bowl
- Add some water to the bowl of noodles and cook in the microwave for two minutes
- Cut up the potatoes in thin slices (similar to chips)
- Add a pinch or two of Onion Soup Mix into the meat and mix well
- Add a few dashes of Worcestershire Sauce to te meat and stir well
- Add a few pinches of montreal steak seasoning
- Add the (cooked!) Ramen and the (raw!) potatoes to the meat and mix well
- Let the mix cook for about 5 to 10 minutes - mind the potatoes
- Add whatever spice is within reach
